Billur continues her profession as the founder of CH Law as of 2020.

Billur, who worked on tax law between 2016-2019 at KPMG Turkey, accomplished the diploma program on Pre- Masters in Legal Studies at Bournemouth Business School International in 2016.

Billur who is a member of Istanbul Bar Association has completed her legal internship in 2015. During her university years and internship periods, she worked on Labor Law, Family Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and Commercial Law and participated in various seminars.

Billur studied with scholarship and graduated from Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law in 2014. She also graduated from Istanbul University State Conservatory Music Department, Piano Art Branch Certificate Program, where she studied between 2000-2011.
